Requirement：
1.Design of non-standard automation equipment solutions, project planning, and component selection.
2.Collaborate with sales personnel to develop technical project solutions.
3.Prepare pre-sales technical documentation for projects.
4.Conduct project risk assessments and provide reasonable cost estimates based on the solutions.
5.Communicate project solutions and resolve technical issues with clients.
6.Provide 2D or 3D design solutions based on client requirements.
7.Serve as the technical liaison for pre-sales projects, both internally within the company and externally with clients.
8.Provide pre-sales technical support from acquiring client requirements to securing client orders.
9.Coordinate with the implementation department to continuously improve the feasibility of project solutions and the accuracy of cost assessments.
1.Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in Mechanical Automation, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Design.
2.Over three years of experience in designing non-standard equipment.
3.Strong planning, communication, and execution skills.
4.Ability to design and plan non-standard automation projects as a whole.
5.Familiar with common processes and mainstream configurations in the automotive components industry for non-standard automation.
6.Understanding of non-standard equipment process capabilities (e.g., operational efficiency, equipment capabilities).
7.Capable of independently planning lean production lines.
8.Familiar with European and American equipment safety standards and industry ergonomics standards.
9.Proficient in using 3D drawing software, CAD, and related office software.
10.Willingness to travel occasionally.
11.English proficiency as a working language.
